Utility

This mode enables a technician to adjust some devices faster and more accurately by following the indications on SDT.

DTC check

DTC check can be performed quickly.

DTC check can be read and erased quickly.

Current DTC check previously stored can be read.

Data list

Input/Output data in the ECM can be read.

Bus check

The condition of CAN communication can be indicated by a topology.

The communication condition of CAN communication line can be read.

Active test

Diagnostic Test Mode in which SDT drives some actuators apart from the ECMs and also shifts some parameters in a specified range.

Readiness test

The results of Readiness test and the DTC check can be confirmed.

DTC work support

The operating condition to confirm Diagnosis Trouble Codes can be selected.

C/U part number

C/U part number can be read.

C/U Identification Number

Classification number of a replacement ECU can be read to prevent an incorrect ECU from being installed.

Passenger Airbag

Displays the STATUS (readiness) of the front passenger air bag.

Configuration

Sets control module parameters to match vehicle options.

This mode shows the BCM-specific 5-digit code.

All registered ignition key IDs in immobilizer system components can be initialized and new IDs can be registered.
