Component Testing

Static Test 

1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the 22-way automatic transmission (AT) wiring harness connector (C2) at the TCM.
2. Disconnect the automatic transmission (AT) wiring harness connectors at the valve body (V/B).
3. Place the TFT sensor in water with a temperature of 10 °C. Test for 5.80-7.09K ohms between the TFT sensor high signal circuit terminal 14 and low signal circuit terminal 13.
   • If not within the specified range, replace the AT wiring harness, refer to WIRING HARNESS REMOVAL  and WIRING HARNESS INSTALLATION .
4. Place the TFT sensor in water with a temperature of 110 °C. Test for 0.231-0.263K ohms between the TFT sensor high signal circuit terminal 14 and low signal circuit terminal 13.
   • If not within the specified range, replace the AT wiring harness, refer to WIRING HARNESS REMOVAL  and WIRING HARNESS INSTALLATION .
