CONDITION

ECM incorrectly sets DTC P2610 (Control Module Ignition OFF Timer Performance) and illuminates the MIL.

CAUSE

N/A

CORRECTION

DO NOT REPLACE THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM)! Please follow the service manual procedure to reprogram the ECM with the latest software. Be sure to click "Clear DTC's" after programming finishes. See below.
