Installation Procedure

Install the air inlet assembly.
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the air inlet assembly screws.
Tightening torque

Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

Install the recirculation actuator.
Install the recirculation actuator screws.
Tightening torque

Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).
Install the electrical connector to the recirculation actuator.
Install the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC MODULE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT .
