Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the radiator. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND FILLING (LY7 GE 47716 FILL)  or COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND FILLING (LY7 STATIC FILL) .
  2. Unscrew the drain plug from the radiator end tank.
  3. Remove and discard the O-ring.
