HEATER OUTLET HOSE REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

Preliminary Procedure Drain the cooling system. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND FILLING (LY7 GE 47716 FILL) or COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND FILLING (LY7 STATIC FILL) . Remove the heater outlet hose clamp from the heater core. Remove the heater outlet hose clamp from the engine. Remove the heater outlet hose clamp from the auxiliary heater pipe. Remove the heater outlet hose clamp from the surge tank.
1	Outlet heater hose. Tip: The replacement hose is shipped as an assembly including hose connections, clamps and assembly lubricant to be applied upon installation.
