Install a NEW gasket onto the thermostat housing.

Install the thermostat housing.

CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the thermostat housing bolts. Ensure to install the short bolts (1) and the long bolt (2) in the proper position.
Tightening torque

Tighten the thermostat housing bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
