Installation Procedure

  1. Install the insulators to the stabilizer shaft.
  2. Install the brackets to the stabilizer shaft insulators.
    3. Fig 1: U-Clamp Bolts & Stabilizer Bar

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the bolts to the stabilizer shaft insulator brackets.

    Tighten:  Tighten the stabilizer shaft insulator bracket bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  4. Raise and install the front suspension crossmember. Refer to Front Suspension Crossmember Replacement .
  5. Remove the jacks and lower the vehicle.
