Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Intake Sensor With Connector

    IMPORTANT: To achieve peak air conditioning performance the intake sensor should be located at column 8 and a height of 65mm.
  1. Install the intake sensor with the connector.
    2. Fig 2: Evaporator Case Cover & Screws

  2. Install the evaporator core. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement .
  3. Connect the negative battery.
