DTC DETECTING CONDITION AND TROUBLE AREA

DTC detecting condition Trouble area
  • Monitor signal of EVAP canister purge valve is not varied for 5 sec. even though EVAP canister purge valve control duty is between 10% and 90%.
  • Monitor signal of EVAP canister purge valve is lower than specified voltage for 5 sec. even though EVAP canister purge valve control duty is 0%.

    (2 driving cycle detection logic)
  • EVAP canister purge valve and/or its circuit
  • ECM
