Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Identifying Ignition Coil Bolt

Install the ignition coil(s).
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the ignition coil bolt(s).
Tightening torque

Tighten the bolt(s) to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector(s) (1) to the ignition coil(s).
Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to FUEL INJECTOR SIGHT SHIELD REPLACEMENT .
