Compressor Hose Assembly Replacement

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure 
  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to REFRIGERANT RECOVERY AND RECHARGING .
  2. Remove cooling fan and shroud. Refer to REMOVAL PROCEDURE
  3. Disconnect the high pressure switch electrical connector.
1 Nuts, Compressor Hose Assembly (Qty 2).
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .

Tightening torque 
20 N.m (15 lb ft) 
2 Washer, Sealing
Tip:  Remove and discard sealing washer. Refer to REMOVAL PROCEDURE .
3 Hoses, A/C Compressor Assembly.
