Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Identifying Transaxle Mount Bracket Bolts (AWD) (2 Of 2)

  1. Position the transaxle mount bracket to the transaxle.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the transaxle mount bracket bolts (4).

    Tightening torque 

    Tighten the bolts to 55 N.m (41 lb ft)  .

    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the transaxle mount bracket bolts (2, 5).

    Tightening torque 

    Tighten the bolts to 37 N.m (27 lb ft)  .

  4. Install the rear transaxle mount. Refer to INSTALLATION PROCEDURE .
  5. Install both catalytic converters. Refer to INSTALLATION PROCEDURE and INSTALLATION PROCEDURE .
