Auxiliary Mode Actuator Replacement

CALLOUT COMPONENT NAME TABLE

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure 
  1. Remove the left rear trim panel. Refer to REAR QUARTER LOWER TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  3. Calibrate the actuators. Refer to ACTUATOR RECALIBRATION .
1 Auxiliary Mix Door Actuator Screw (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .

Tightening torque 
2 N.m (18 lb in) 
2 Auxiliary Mix Door Actuator
Tip:  The mix door actuator is mounted below the air duct outlet side of the module.
