Disconnect the battery. Refer to REMOVAL PROCEDURE .
1 Fuse Panel
2 Instrument Panel Wiring Harness Junction Block Screw
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .

Tightening torque 
2.5N.m(22 lb in) 
3 Instrument Panel Wiring Harness Junction Block Assembly
Procedure 
Disconnect the electrical connector.
