J 45185 Bore Gage Set
1. Using the J 45185, measure the inner diameter of the fluid pump body bushing. Measure the bushing in different locations and take the average.
2. Use micrometer to measure J 45185 reading.

Fluid pump body bushing I.D.: 38.113 - 38.188 mm (1.500 - 1.503 in)
3. Using the J 45185, measure the inner diameter of the stator shaft bushing. Measure the bushing in different locations and take the average.
4. Use micrometer to measure J 45185 reading.
Specification
Stator shaft bushing I.D.: 22.201 - 22.257 mm (0.874 - 0.876 in)
5. Replace the fluid pump assembly if the measurements are greater than the specification.
