Air Inlet Assembly Replacement




Removal Procedure
1. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to [HVAC Module Assembly Replacement].
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator.
3. Remove the recirculation actuator screws.




4. Remove the recirculation actuator.
5. Remove the air inlet assembly screws.
6. Remove the air inlet assembly.




Installation Procedure
1. Install the air inlet assembly.

CAUTION: Refer to [Fastener Notice].




2. Install the air inlet assembly screws.

Tightening torque
Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb.in).

3. Install the recirculation actuator.
4. Install the recirculation actuator screws.

Tightening torque
Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb.in).

5. Install the electrical connector to the recirculation actuator.
6. Install the HVAC module. Refer to [HVAC Module Assembly Replacement].
