Removal Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Vehicle Lifting and Jacking Notice .

Raise and support the vehicle.
Disconnect the brake lines from the brake hoses at the body and the rear axle brackets.

Remove both brake hose E-ring retainers.
Remove the brake hoses from the brackets.
