Conditions for Setting the DTC

There are 3 separate tests that can set this DTC code.
Test 1 (Torque Control)
- The engine is operating.
- The ECM detects that the delivered torque does not match the desired torque.
Test 2 (Steady State Torque Control)
- The engine is operating.
- Engine speed > 800 RPM
- Desired Flywheel torque is within 20 N.m band for 1 sec.
- The ECM detects that the delivered torque does not match the desired torque.
Test 3 (Redundant Torque Return)
- Pedal Position < 0.8 %
- Engine Speed - Desired Engine Speed > 0
- Driver input is the desired torque source.
- Injectors are enabled.
- The ECM detects that the fuel flow exceeds requirements.
