Knuckle Assembly Removal and Installation: Installation

- Install the rear knuckle into the vehicle and install the brake line into the strut assembly bracket.
- Install the knuckle-to-strut assembly bolts and nuts. Do not tighten.
- Install the clip securing the brake line to the strut assembly.
- Tighten the knuckle-to-strut assembly nuts.
Tighten
Tighten the knuckle-to-strut assembly nuts to 100 N.m (74 lb-ft).
- Connect the rear trailing link to the rear knuckle. Refer to "TRAILING LINK REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION :".
- Connect the rear parallel link to the knuckle. Refer to "REAR PARALLEL LINK REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION :".
- Connect the front parallel link to the knuckle. Refer to "FRONT PARALLEL LINK REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION :".
- Connect the parking brake to the knuckle assembly. Refer to "PARKING BRAKE CABLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION :".
- Install the rear brake caliper, rotor, hub, parking brake shoe and back plate onto the knuckle assembly. Refer to "CALIPER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION :"
- On vehicles equipped with the antilock braking system, install the ABS speed sensor. Refer to "REAR WHEEL SPEED SENSOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION :".
- Install the wheel. Refer to "WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION :".
- Lower the vehicle.
