Based on information obtained in Step 1: Customer Complaint Analysis  , Step 2: DTC / Freeze Frame Data Check, Record and Clearance confirm trouble symptoms. Also, reconfirm DTC according to "DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE " described in each DTC diag. flow.
