Stabilizer Link Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2006 Suzuki Verona. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the stabilizer link and nuts.
  2. Lower the vehicle so the control arms are supported by jack stands.
CAUTION: The weight of the vehicle must be supported by the control arms before the stabilizer link-to-control arm nuts or the stabilizer shaft-to-stabilizer link nuts are tightened. This can be done by lowering the vehicle onto jack stands under the control arms.

    Tighten:

    The stabilizer link nuts to 50 N.m (37 lb-ft).
