Headlamp Assembly Removal and Installation (For NOTCHBACK and STATION WAGON Model): Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the headlamp mounting bolts.

  3. Remove the headlamp mounting nut.

  4. Disconnect the turn signal lamp electrical connector.

  5. Disconnect the headlamp electrical connector.

  6. Remove the headlamp assembly.
  7. Turn left and remove the headlamp low-beam cap.

  8. Dry off the headlamp low-beam bulb clip.
  9. Disconnect the headlamp low-beam bulb connector.

  10. Remove the headlamp low-beam bulb.

  11. Remove the park lamp.

  12. Remove the headlamp high-beam cap.

  13. Pry off the headlamp high-beam bulb clip.
  14. Disconnect the headlamp high-beam bulb connector.
  15. Remove the headlamp high-beam bulb.

  16. Remove the turn signal lamp.
