Engine Coolant Temperature is greater than 50.25 °C (122.5 °F).
Vehicle speed is between 20 km/h (12.43 mph) and 150 km/h (93.21 mph).
Catalyst temperature is greater than 306.975 °C (584.6 °F).
Number of vali switching times from rich to lean is 3 or greater.
