Conditions for Setting the DTC

Battery voltage is between 9.039 and 25.898 V.
No main relay fault detected.
The ECM detects the vehicle speed is too high, or the ECM detects the vehicle speed is too high compared to the average value, or the ECM detects the vehicle speed is too low.
