Ignition Switch Keyhole Lamp Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to DRIVER'S SIDE KNEE BOLSTER REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the instrument cluster trim panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER TRIM PANEL REMOVAL .

  4. Remove the steering column upper, lower cover.
  5. Remove the nuts and the bolts securing the steering column.
  6. Disconnect the steering column electrical connector.
  7. Lower the steering column.

  8. Remove the screw and the head amp (IMMO demodulator).
  9. Remove the ignition switch keyhole lamp and the bulb.
