Proportioning Valve Installation

Install the proportioning valve to the bulkhead.
Tighten:

Tighten the proportioning valve nut to 16 N.m (12 lb-ft).
Connect the brake lines to the proportioning valve.
Tighten:

Tighten the proportioning valve brake lines to 16 N.m (12 lb-ft).

Install the brake lines to the hydraulic modulator.
Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
Bleed the brake system. Refer to Manual Bleeding the Brakes .
Lower the vehicle.
