Daytime Running Lamp: Description and Operation

DRL SYSTEM DESCRIPTION (IF EQUIPPED)

The DRL system is controlled by BCM (1). It lights headlights when following three conditions are met.

Conditions for DRL operation:
^ The engine is running
^ The lighting switch is at "OFF" position
^ The parking brake is not applied.
