Radiator Removal and InstallationRemoval
1. Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
2. Drain coolant.
3. Remove front bumper.
4. Drain A/T fluid.
5. Remove A/T fluid cooler inlet and outlet hoses.
6. Remove cooling fan assembly.
7. Remove condenser cooling fan.
8. Remove radiator outlet hose from radiator.
9. Fix condenser to body with rope in order to avoid the condenser fall off when remove radiator.
10. Remove radiator from vehicle.
Installation
Reverse removal procedures, noting the following.
^ Refill cooling system.
^ Refill A/T fluid.
^ After installation, verify there is no coolant leakage each connection.
