Rear Door Quarter Window Installation

  1. Install the guide rail and the rear door quarter window.
    CAUTION: Dissimilar metals in direct contact with each other may corrode rapidly. Make sure to use the correct fasteners to prevent premature corrosion.
  2. Install the rear door quarter window guide rail bolts and the screw.

    Tighten: 

    • Tighten the guide rail bolts to 7 N.m (62 lb-in.).
    • Tighten the guide rail screw to 4 N.m (35 lb-in.).
  3. Install the rear door glass. Refer to Rear Door Glass Installation .
