Minimum purge flow fluctuation is greater than 0.05 kg/h.
FTP sensor voltage is greater than 0.298 V.
Minimum vehicle speed is greater than 45 km/h (27.96 mph).
FTP sensor voltage fluctuation is less than 0.01 V for 10 times.
