TCM Power and Ground Circuit Check: Troubleshooting

Is voltage 10 - 14 V? |
Go to Step 2. | "WHT/RED" circuit is open or shorted to ground. |

Is it in good condition? |
Go to Step 4. | Replace A/T relay. |

Is each voltage 10 - 14 V? |
Go to Step 5. | "YEL/BLU" and/or "LT GRN/BLK" circuit are open or shorted to ground. |

Is each resistance 1 Ω or less? |
Substitute a known-good TCM and recheck. | "BLK" circuit is open. |
