TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE

1	Was "Engine and Emission Control System Check" performed?	Go to Step 2.	Go to ENGINE AND EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM CHECK .
2	DTC Check Connect scan tool to DLC with ignition switch turned OFF. Check DTC. Is there DTC P0122, P0123, P0222, P0223, P0401, P0402, P0403, P2101, P2102, P2103, P2108, P2119 or P2135 detected?	Go to applicable DTC diagnosis flow.	Go to Step 3.
3	Idle speed check Check idle speed by referring to IDLE SPEED AND IAC THROTTLE VALVE OPENING INSPECTION . Is it in good condition?	Intermittent trouble. Check for intermittent and poor connection.	Go to Step 4.
4	Air intake system check Check air intake system for clog and air inhabit. Is it in good condition?	Go to Step 5.	Repair or replace.
5	Fuel pressure check Check fuel pressure by referring to FUEL PRESSURE CHECK . Is check result satisfactory?	Go to Step 6.	Repair or replace defective parts.
6	Fuel injectors and its circuit check Check fuel injectors by referring to FUEL INJECTOR INSPECTION . Is check result satisfactory?	Go to Step 7.	Faulty injection(s) or its circuit.
7	Electric throttle body check Check throttle valve for operation by referring to ELECTRIC THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION . Is it in good condition?	Go to Step 8.	Repair or replace.
8	Engine mechanical check Check engine mechanical for performance by referring to ENGINE BASIC CHECK . Is it in good condition?	Substitute a known good ECM and recheck.	Repair or replace.
