Security Alarm Mode Selection Procedure (If Equipped)

Security alarm mode can be selected by performing the following procedure.
- Confirm that all doors are closed, all doors are unlocked and ignition key is inserted in ignition key cylinder.
- Remove ignition key from ignition key cylinder.
- Perform Step a through e described below within 15 seconds.
- When Step 3 is completed, the mode changes to the next one automatically. Repeat the procedure from Step 1 until the desired mode is obtained. The mode changes in the order of A mode → B mode → C mode → D mode, and back to A mode. The warning buzzer (located in BCM) sounds by the number of specified for each mode as follows.
- Changed from A mode to B mode: Buzzer sounds twice
- Changed from B mode to C mode: Buzzer sounds 3 times
- Changed from C mode to D mode: Buzzer sounds 4 times
- Changed from D mode to A mode: Buzzer sounds once
