Air Flow Control Actuator Removal and Installation: Installation

Reference: AIR FLOW CONTROL ACTUATOR INSPECTION 

1. Install air flow control actuator on heater unit, and then connect connector to air flow control actuator.
2. Set air flow selector to DEF position with ignition on.

3. Set position of air flow selector linkage (1) to DEF position by rotating the linkage to the arrow direction till it stops.
4. Engage air flow control actuator rod (2) with the clip (3).
