Gear Shift Lever and Cable Removal and Installation: Removal

- Remove console box.
- Disconnect gear shift and select control cables from gear shift control lever assembly.
- Remove gear shift control cable guide nuts and gear shift lever assembly from body.
- Disconnect shift and select cables from transaxle.
- Remove E-rings, cable grommet and cable clamp, and then remove shift and select cables from body.
