Front Seat Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative cable at battery.
  2. Remove console box.
  3. Remove front side sill scuff.
  4. Disable air bag system referring to DISABLING AIR BAG SYSTEM: ADVANCED AIR BAG .
  5. Disconnect seat harness connector (if equipped) and side air bag connector (if equipped).
  6. Remove 4 adjuster bolts to remove seat assembly.
  7. Disassemble and repair seat as necessary.
