Scan Tool Data Definitions

Vehicle Speed (KM/H, MPH)  This parameter indicates vehicle speed calculated by 4WD control module.

Engine Speed (RPM)  This parameter indicates engine revolution calculated by 4WD control module.

2WD/4WD Switch (ON / OFF)  This parameter indicates "2WD <--> 4WD" switch status detected by 4WD control module.

2WD/4WD indicator (2WD / 4WD / Neutral)  This parameter indicates control signal commanded by 4WD control module to 2WD/4WD indicator.

Neutral switch ("N" switch) (ON / OFF)  This parameter indicates "N" switch status detected by 4WD control module.

Neutral switch ("N" switch) indicator (ON / OFF)  This parameter indicates if N indicator is being commanded by 4WD control module.

4L switch ("4L" switch) (ON / OFF)  This parameter indicates "4L" switch status detected by 4WD control module.

4L Sw ("4L" switch) indicator (ON / OFF)  This parameter indicates if 4L indicators are being commanded by 4WD control module.

Reminder buzzer (ON / OFF)  This parameter indicates if buzzer is being commanded by 4WD control module.

T/F (Transfer) fork switch (ON / OFF)  This parameter indicates transfer fork switch status detected by 4WD control module.

4L (4WD low) switch (ON / OFF)  This parameter indicates 4WD low switch status detected by 4WD control module.

4WD switch (ON / OFF)  This parameter indicates 4WD switch status detected by 4WD control module.

T/F shift Pos (Transfer shift position) sensor (2H / 4H / N / 4L / Invalid)  This parameter indicates transfer status detected by 4WD control module using T/F fork switch, 4L switch and 4H switch.

T/F (Transfer) shift actuator (Neutral / 4L side / 2H side)  This parameter indicates control signal commanded by 4WD control module to transfer shift actuator motor.

Axle lock actuator (Neutral / Lock / Unlock)  This parameter indicates control signal commanded by 4WD control module to front axle lock actuator motor.

Actuator Pos Sen (Transfer shift actuator motor position sensor) (2H / 4H / N / 4L / 2H - 4H / 4H - N / N - 4L)  This parameter indicates transfer shift actuator motor position sensor status detected by 4WD control module.

Actuator motor Pos (Transfer shift actuator motor position) (2H / 4H / N / 4L / Shift)  This parameter indicates transfer shift actuator motor position detected by 4WD control module using transfer shift actuator motor position sensor.

Battery Voltage (V)  This parameter indicates battery voltage detected by 4WD control module.

CPP switch (MT) (ON / OFF)  This parameter indicates clutch pedal status detected by 4WD control module using CPP switch.

N range switch (AT) (ON / OFF)  This parameter indicates A/T shift position ("N" range or not) detected by 4WD control module using transmission range sensor.

4WD signal for ABS (2WD / 4WD)  This parameter indicates 2WD or 4WD status output signal for ABS control module by 4WD control module.
