Is normal value indicated? |
Intermittent trouble. Check for intermittent referring to INTERMITTENT AND POOR CONNECTION INSPECTION . | Go to Step 3. |
| 3 | MAF sensor power supply check
Is voltage 10 - 14 V? |
Go to Step 4. | Open in "BLU/BLK" circuit. |
| 4 | MAF sensor output voltage check
Is voltage 1.0 - 1.6 V? |
Poor "E61-27" connection. If OK, substitute a known-good ECM and recheck. | Faulty "PPL/WHT" wire. Poor "MAF sensor" coupler terminal connection. If wire and connection are OK, substitute a known-good MAF sensor and recheck. |
