Heater Core Removal

  1. Remove the instrument panel from the vehicle. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL REMOVAL .
  2. Remove the wiring harness from the aircon - module.

  3. Slide the cable eyelet off the post on the temperature door lever.

  4. Remove the mode motor ventilation link.

  5. Remove the air inlet case with the screws.

  6. Remove the evaporator core case cover.

  7. Remove the heater core cover with the screws.

  8. Remove the heater core clip.

  9. Remove the heater core from the case.
