Lateral Rod Removal and Installation: Installation

Reference: LOWER ROD, UPPER ROD, LATERAL ROD CHECK
- Install lateral rod to rear axle, and vehicle body.NOTE: Use new lateral rod mounting bolts.
- Lower hoist.
- Tighten lateral rod mounting bolts to specified torque.
Tightening torque
Lateral rod left side bolt a: 100 N.m (10.0 kg-m, 72.5 lb-ft)
Lateral rod right side bolt b: 90 N.m (9.0 kg-m, 65.0 lb-ft)
