Front Differential Dismounting and Remounting: Remounting

For remounting, reverse dismounting procedure noting the following and use the following tightening torque.
- Do not reuse rear mounting bracket bolt.
- After tightening all bolts properly, fill hypoid gear oil as specified and check tightening of plugs with specification.
Tightening torque
Front drive shaft flange bolt a: 50 N.m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 lb-ft)
Propeller shaft flange bolt b: 50 N.m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 lb-ft)
Front mounting bracket bolt c: 50 N.m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 lb-ft)
Rear mounting bracket bolt d: 90 N.m (9.0 kg-m, 65.0 lb-ft)
Rear mounting bolt e: 85 N.m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 lb-ft)
Rear mounting bracket No.2 bolt f: 55 N.m (5.5 kg-m, 40.0 lb-ft)
Front mounting R bolt g: 85 N.m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 lb-ft)
