Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Installation

  1. Installation should follow the removal procedure in the reverse order.
  2. Install the EGR valve.

    Tighten: 

    Tighten the EGR valve retaining bolts to 20 - 30 N.m (15 - 22 lb-ft).
