Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the lower steering column cover panel screws and remove the lower steering column cover panel.
Turn the steering wheel to expose the upper steering column cover panel screws. Remove the upper steering column cover panel screws and remove the upper steering column cover panel.

Remove the turn signal switch by pushing in on the tabs on either side of the switch housing.
Disconnect the electrical connections from the turn signal switch.
