Conditions for Clearing the DTC

The conditions that set the DTC are no longer present, the DTC can be cleared by scan tool.

1 Did you perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle? Go to Step 2  Go to Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle

  1. Using the scan tool, verify the vehicle speed signal from the TCM.
  2. Check the wiring harness between the terminal 2 of TPMS Receiver Module and the terminal B3 (North America Vehicles) or terminal 2 (except North America vehicles) of the cluster.
Is there any wiring harness damage (open or ground) or poor connection of connector?
Go to Step 3  Go to Step 4 
3 Repair the wiring harness.
Is the repair complete?
Go to Step 5  -

  1. Replace the TPMS Receiver Module.
  2. Perform the TPS ID Registration procedure. Refer to Tire Pressure Monitor System Configuration .
Is the repair complete?
Go to Step 5  -

  1. Clear the DTCs with the scan tool.
  2. Operate the vehicle within the condition for running and setting the DTC.
Does the DTC reset?
Go to Step 2  System OK
