Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Sensing and Diagnostic Module Voltage after Ignition is Turned Off Caution .
    CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution .
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the connector (1) from the front air bag sensor (3).
  3. Remove the front air bag sensor mounting bolt (2).
  4. Remove the front air bag sensor.
