Steering Wheel Removal and Installation: Removal

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the SIR module. Refer to DRIVER AIRBAG MODULE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Remove the steering wheel nut and the retaining clip.

Remove the steering wheel using the steering wheel puller KM-210-A.
Unclip the contact ring from the steering wheel, if necessary.
