Drive Axle Oil Seal Removal and Installation: Removal

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the drive axles. Refer to DRIVE AXLE ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Remove the transaxle drive seal using a screwdriver. If necessary, crush the seal first with the screwdriver in order to loosen the seal from the case.
