Conditions for Setting the DTC

There are 3 separate tests that can set this DTC code.

Test 1 (Torque Control)

The engine is operating.
The ECM detects that the delivered torque does not match the desired torque.

Test 2 (Steady State Torque Control)

The engine is operating.
Engine speed > 800 rpm
Desired Flywheel torque is within 20 N.m band for 1 sec.
The ECM detects that the delivered torque does not match the desired torque.

Test 3 (Redundant Torque Return)

Pedal Position < 0.8%
Engine Speed - Desired Engine Speed > 0
Driver input is the desired torque source.
Injectors are enabled.
The ECM detects that the fuel flow exceeds requirements.
