Fuel Sender Removal and Installation: Installation

  1. Wind the wires (1) the sender assembly (2).

  2. Install the sender assembly onto the fuel pump assembly (1).
    NOTE: Unless correctly install the sender assembly, fuel gauge indicate inexactly.
  3. Install the fuel-level sensor onto the sender-housing.
    NOTE: Unless correctly install the fuel-level sensor, fuel-level warning lamp indicate inexactly.

  4. Connect the wire into the insulator connector.

  5. Connect the insulator connector.
